Questions
Good to know.
How does it work?
Share your goals, meet a US-licensed provider online, and get a personalized plan shipped to your door. Our telehealth partner handles the medical review and prescribing.
Who is involved in my care?
Expert Health is a telehealth facilitation company. It does not prescribe, compound, manufacture or dispense medications. Ola Digital Health provides the telehealth technology platform. Clinical evaluations and prescribing are done by independent licensed medical provider networks, and medications are compounded, dispensed and shipped by independent licensed pharmacies, through our pharmacy fulfillment partners, where legally permitted. Controlled-substance prescriptions, including testosterone therapy, are handled by a provider network that supports them.
What states do you serve?
Our partner provider networks collectively serve all 50 US states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Medication availability still varies with state regulations, provider eligibility and pharmacy fulfillment restrictions, so not every medication is available in every state. Your provider confirms what can be prescribed where you live.
Will I need a live consultation?
Sometimes. Consultation requirements vary by state and treatment. Certain medications require a live telehealth consultation. All treatment decisions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals. Our partners require a synchronous (live) initial consultation for GLP-1 medications in AR, DC, KS, MS, NJ, NM, RI, WV and VA, and for other non-controlled medications in AR, DC, KS, MS, NJ, NM, RI and WV. Controlled medications, including testosterone therapy, always require a synchronous consultation. A synchronous visit must meet each state's own rules, which in some states means video rather than a phone call.
What if I'm not eligible?
You pay at checkout, before a provider makes the final decision on your treatment. All treatments are subject to medical eligibility and applicable state regulations. If a patient is unable to receive a requested treatment due to eligibility or jurisdictional restrictions, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Are these peptides safe?
Every plan is prescribed by a licensed provider after reviewing your health history, and monitored with check-ins. Medications are dispensed by state-licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
Can I take more than one peptide?
Yes. Your provider can prescribe complementary peptides for your goal and tune the combination over time. Start with one and add to your protocol as you go.
What does it cost?
Plans start as low as $129/mo on a 3-month plan, with the provider consult and check-ins included. Final pricing is confirmed before you commit to anything.
Does insurance cover it?
Coverage varies by plan and medication. Brand GLP-1s prescribed for diabetes are more often covered than for weight loss, and compounded medications are generally paid out of pocket.
Is Expert Health legit?
Yes. Expert Health is not a research-peptide vendor. Every prescription is written by an independent US-licensed provider after a consultation and dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy.
Is it discreet?
Yes. Care is confidential and shipping is discreet and unbranded.
