Consultation requirements vary by state and treatment. Certain medications require a live telehealth consultation. All treatment decisions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

A synchronous visit happens in real time by video or audio, and it must meet the rules of the state you are in. Some states require video, so not every live consultation can be done by phone. Your provider's team tells you which applies to you.
You pay at checkout, on our telehealth partner's platform, before a provider makes the final decision on your treatment. All treatments are subject to medical eligibility and applicable state regulations. If a patient is unable to receive a requested treatment due to eligibility or jurisdictional restrictions, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Our partner provider networks collectively serve all 50 US states, but medication availability varies with state regulations, provider eligibility and pharmacy fulfillment restrictions. Not every medication is available in every state.
