When you take our quiz or submit a form, we collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, and the health goals you select. We also collect standard analytics data about how you use the site.

How we use it

We use your information to recommend relevant products, connect you with our telehealth partner, respond to you, and send you communications about your goals if you opt in. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Sharing

We share the information needed to connect you with our independent telehealth partner so they can provide care. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and your mobile information

If you give your phone number and consent, Expert Health may send you text messages about your goals, your plan, appointment reminders, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. The only information we pass to our independent telehealth partner is what they need to provide your care, which is not marketing, and they do not receive your SMS consent.

We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, such as our messaging platform. They may only use your information to deliver our messages and for nothing else.

How we protect your information

All traffic to and from this website is encrypted in transit with TLS (HTTPS), enforced on every page by our hosting provider. We also apply security headers across the site to reduce common browser-based attacks.

Information you submit is stored in access-controlled managed cloud databases and in our customer relationship system. Access is limited to authorized Expert Health personnel who need it in order to respond to you, using individual accounts that are not shared. Access keys and credentials are held in encrypted secret storage, never in our website code.

We never see or store your full payment card details. Card information is handled directly by our payment processor and does not pass through our systems.

Any medical information you share during a consultation is held by the independent licensed telehealth provider who treats you, under their own privacy and security obligations. Expert Health does not provide medical care and does not hold your clinical records.

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.
