Refund Policy

If you cannot be treated

You pay on our telehealth partner's checkout before an independent licensed provider makes the final decision on your treatment. All treatments are subject to medical eligibility and applicable state regulations. If a patient is unable to receive a requested treatment due to eligibility or jurisdictional restrictions, the order will be canceled and refunded.

That includes a provider deciding a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, and a medication that cannot be prescribed or dispensed where you live. For a stack, a provider decides on each medication separately; if part of a stack cannot be provided, we will help you with the options.

Consultations

Payment and fulfillment are handled through our telehealth partner. Other refund questions about consultations and medications are governed by the partner's policies, which are presented to you before you complete any purchase.

Medications

For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription and compounded medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. Specific terms are provided by the dispensing pharmacy and partner at checkout.
