1. About Expert Health

Expert Health, Inc. is a telehealth facilitation company. We connect interested individuals with care. Ola Digital Health provides the telehealth technology platform, where you create an account, complete your intake and pay. Clinical evaluations and prescribing are done by independent licensed medical provider networks, and medications are compounded, dispensed and shipped by independent licensed pharmacies where legally permitted. Expert Health does not provide medical care, and does not prescribe, compound, manufacture or dispense medications. We do not process payment for medications on this website.

Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed provider about your individual circumstances.

3. Eligibility and availability

You must be 18 or older and a US resident to use this site. Our partner provider networks collectively serve all 50 US states, but medication availability varies with state regulations, provider eligibility and pharmacy fulfillment restrictions, and not every medication is available in every state.

Consultation requirements vary by state and treatment. Certain medications require a live telehealth consultation, and controlled medications, including testosterone therapy, always do. All treatment decisions are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

4. Prescriptions, payment and fulfillment

Any prescription is issued solely at the discretion of an independent licensed provider after a medical evaluation. Completing a questionnaire or paying does not guarantee that a medication will be prescribed. You pay on our telehealth partner's checkout before a provider makes the final eligibility decision. All treatments are subject to medical eligibility and applicable state regulations. If a patient is unable to receive a requested treatment due to eligibility or jurisdictional restrictions, the order will be canceled and refunded. See our Refund Policy.

Medications are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Compounded medications may only be prescribed and dispensed when legally permitted and clinically appropriate following an evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Product images on this site are illustrations; the medication you receive may have different packaging, labels and branding.

5. Text message program

By providing your mobile number and agreeing at the point of signup, you consent to receive text messages from Expert Health, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may cover your health goals, your plan, appointment reminders, customer care, and offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also email [email protected] to be removed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported. We never sell or share your mobile information or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
